SMS, Network Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that I am not able to send SMS more than 160 characters from my HTC TYTN II handset. Earlier I was able to send SMS more than 160 characters but all of sudden I am facing the problem. I called up the Tollfree number 1800113377 (Technical Support Center as per IVR) on 05.04.2010 & spoke to Ms Poonam. I narrated my problem to her, she guided me to Re - Boot my handset, I have done that as per her instruction but my problem was not resolved. She confirm me that she will get bact to me on 06.04.2010 but she didn't turned up. Again after 1 week I called up the Tollfree number & spoke to Mr Nishant, he again listen to my problem & kept me on hold for 2 minutes, when I insisted to speak to the supervisor he confirmed that there is no supervisor or senior person available. Its really very frustrating and bad experience with the Technical support Executives.

Would request you to please help to get my problem resolved.
