I purchased sony home theatre component system ht-ddw550 on 4.05.10.it was Delivered the next day but none of the engineers came for the installation of the material after delivery as they had promised to install it in 24 hrs after delivery.now its been 3 days no one from reliance digital or their engineers didnt even contact regarding the material.
