I have purchased a Sony Erricson Vivaz in March, a few weeks after it was launched. Two weeks back it just went off on its own and the touch screen functions were coming on and off automatically.
I took it to the Service Centre in Lajpat Nagar and they said they needed to keep the handset and send it to the factory. I was told it would take 3-5 working days to get repaired. It has now been 2 weeks and there is no sign of the handset being returned to me. The customer service centre has absolutely pathetic service. they put thye phone off hook for hours at end so that the customers can't get through and when I finally got through I was told they were still awaiting a spare part and had no idea when it would be found.
I am very sorry to say I deeply regret buying a Sony Erricson and am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.
