Asked RS 300/- for writing the images to a CD

One of my friend has taken a chest CT scan from this center. It costs him RS 3000/-. After 3 weeks his doctor asked him to get a cd for the same scan. Just for writing the images into one cd receptionist in this scan center have asked RS 300/-. I really don't understand the concept behind this. Just for writing the images which was taken already, these people have asked RS 300/- . A CD will not cost you more than RS 50/- at the max. People like these are really making the value of money very low.

I still cant digest this. Later my friend has turned back without getting the CD.
