Not working/cooling at all

I have bought a brand new refrigerator (310 litres) on 4/10/09 .. After that, 3 times ur engineer and senior engineers (Deepak (9810785607) and Manoj (9871986204) have come (after some 1 million phone calls...). It used to work for 1/2 a day and then stop cooling..

Mr. Deepak Parasar (9212567857)& Prakash (9212006305), sanjay gautam, had promised on 9/10, that the same will be replaced on 12/10, but the same has not been replaced as of date..

Every time i try to call up the above 2 gentlemen, either they do not pick up the phone or tell me that the replacement will reach me next day.. it has not hapened as of date..

Finally, on the eve of Diwali, the refrigerator completely broke down and i registered a complaint with Deepak parasar on 17th october..

U can understand the kind of harrassment, agony and pain myself and family have to go through during Diwali and currently also going through..

The reason, i am eascalating the issue, is that the above group of people, employed by ur organization, have continued to deceive us, the customers, with impunity..

Firstly,

1. I need a replacement of this refrigerator immediately..

2. If u cannot replace, i want my money back..

3. i need to get adequately compensated for the agony, pain and harassment the undersigned have been going through..

4.In the event, i do not hear from u at the earliest, i will be forced to lodge a police /criminal complaint against the above take legal proceedings for adequate & full compensation..

5. Also, i may drag u to consumers forum for selling substandard equipments..

I look forward to action and speedy reply, at the earliest..
