Door Dent is not serviced by the gurgaon service cente

I purchased double door fridge in March in Bangalore. After some time we moved to gurgaon in August. We had a big dent in lower door of refrigerator.we r contacting to the gurgaon service center from last two and half months but, they are giving lot of excuses regarding changing of the door inspire of our fridge is in warranty period. Even we had offered to pay the cost of a door but still gurgaon service center is not giving response regarding its changing. We haven't expected such a poor response from such a premiere company. Kindly help us for this complaint as soon as possible for you.
