I had called up HUL Pureit for a 14L water purifier, on monday 4th June. They promised delivery of the water purifier in 1 day, without any extra charges. They never turned up and on the 6th June I receive a call from their salesman who asked for Rs.100 extra for delivery. When I told him that no such charges were told to me when I called up customer care, he refused to deliver and disconnected my call. I again called up to know his details and he gave his name as Laxman and that he called up from a dealer (Ravi Electronics) from Mohan Singh Market.

I called up customer service and reported this matter. They apologized and again made a false promise to deliver in 1 day. And again I got a call from delivery guy who told me that they have home delivery for 14 L purifier and instead I have to buy Rs.2000 purifier.

I again called them and spoke to supervisor this time. He also again made a false comitment to take care of the matter and register the complaint.

Till date they haven't turned up! This is the worst customer service... I am ready to pay for the product, but they are unwilling to deliver. What after sale service can I expect from such a cheap & fraud company like HUL.
