Pureit Service Horror!!

200% agreed on the poor service provided by PureIT guys in Pune. I bought the Pureit compact system on 24th September. From the very first the bottom chamber was leaking and i logged a complaint (No. C113742942) on 26th September. They confirmed that within next working day the problem will be rectified. 3 days have passed and i'm still suffering. Till now i have called the call center team 15 times and everytime what i got was assurance and promises. I even asked for the contact number of the local Service Provider so that i can take the purifier myself to the service center and rectify the problem but they don't have a single working number. Absolutely WORTHLESS service by HINDUSTHAN UNILEVER. I never regretted more buying any other product in my life.
