DEFECTIVE MODEL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRENTY

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Manu Rastogi had purchased a Hyundai Colour Television

Model No.- CTV-HYU-29"S-HY2919S-Slim

Serial No. 890709010606100486

from Next Retail Shop next Hazratganj, Sapru Marg, Lucknow -226001 on 05/10.

Within a month of purchase TV got a problem in sound systen as sound got blank.

Complaint Lodge for same on the Hyndai Call Centre on 0522-39404040. Same was been rectified by there service engineer. Again the the problem arose with 15 days again the entire process was done but TV continue to create problem Finally it was send for IC Change to Quality India Electro -Care Pvt Ltd (Authorised Service Franchisee) C-46, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. Ph- 0522-3252676 0n 3/12 Job Sheet No- 2227, Complaint No-LUC021209005, Job No-QCL0303. But the problem still not rectified as the problem reoccurred. It has been around 7 to 8 times complaint being logged. On last complaint no. LUC-2705100304 The Television is again taken to Quality India Electro -Care Pvt Ltd (Authorised Service Franchisee) C-46, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. Ph- 0522-3252676 on 8/05 Job Sheet No-287, Job No- QCE-2801 for changing entire Kit as per the service technician. But still we have not received our television till now. On calling up service center they say we have not recieved kit yet.

In between we have also tried to contact Next Retail Shop for replacement of set they are telling if service engineer will write in his report for replacement they will replace same. But the service engineer use to say we can not write same as we are here to rectify.

So tell who will listen to consumer for the purchasing a product for his convenience but facing problem after paying money.

Please assist me on same.
