Waste of Money Tata Indicom Mobile

I had recently subscribed Tata Indicom CMO 450 plan, it this plan subscriber can use unlimited calls to any Tata Indicom mobile all over India, but now days, whenever I goes to make a call to any Tata indicom mobile no my phone is not connected with particular Tata indicom no. this problem is happened 6 out of 10 times in a day. This plan is really wastage of money. Customer care is also unable to rectified this problem.
