I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a GEB - 170648240119 - BRAND NEW UNLOCKED SAMSUNG ACE SPH, ITEM : 380356780531 from eBay.

On 23rd July. I ordered PaisaPay ID 29498658320. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When I called/emailed in an attempt to learn what had happened, I don’t get a result. But today when I tracked my consignment through http://iccworld.com/track.asp#name29498658320, I found that Shipment Delivered at August 5, But its not delivered to my address

Kindly look after the matter

I paid Rs. 3, 473.00 for this item and I still want it.
