Wow! Reading the previous complaints I am not surprised at all why I was cheated by your company. Giving faulty products, incorrect information by the sales representatives I guess is a trend which has been followed.

I know this is not going to help much but I can certainly use this email for future reference if I decide to take further actions. I placed an order by calling for a mobile phone thinking that I was being sent a Nokia 5800 express music, I was sent a very similar looking China phone for the price it was not worth at all.

You might say it was my fault as you guyz advertised a China phone instead of a Nokia phone. However, I did confirm with the Sales guy that I would be receiving a Nokia Phone and was acknowledged positively.

Now, this is one part where I have been cheated, whereas while ordering the phone I was also offered a free Toshiho Electronic shaver but after the call I get a message that i will be charged $699.00.

I feel a lot cheated and also feel humiliated that I have to now fight for a product and mistake which was done by your call center.

I have called couple of times with no positive response. In fact, after irritating the customers, your call center executives laugh on the phone and also keep the phone on mute many times. Obviously they are not aware that it is very noticeable.

I spoke to a manager Rashmi couple of times who said that she will call back after 3 days which was last week, still not received a call. I was told that you guyz will listen to my sales conversation but obviously that is not happening.

What I am looking for is a refund which according to the customer service is not possible. When I informed the customer service about Consumer Court I was laughed at. Not a problem. However, consulting the consumer forum would be worth a try. I know I am not wrong. And the sales call will explain everything.

I hope my issue is resolved before taking any unnecessary action.
