Battery replacement

I have purchased the above mobile phone on the 2nd of June. However, the battery is discharging very quickly and I have sent many mails and phone calls to Times Shopping. Every time they are sending automated replies and not resolving the problem.

This is causing me lot of hardship and I would not like to make the remaining 5 instalments payable by me through ICICI credit card. I have purchased the cell phone for Rs. 4189/-.

Request you to please ensure that my problem is resolved as soon as possible.
