IBall Claro TV tunner card
Not servicing under warranty period

D/Sir,

i had purchased I Ball Claro TV tunner card (USB Type) on 02 Jul and i was using into my laptop. But from some days, TV tunner card connector pin became loose and not responding properly. I have hand over to shopkeeper for servicing on 12.12..2011 but they are not servicing done. They said that TV tunner card is opened and damaged inside. Sir, i have not opened even once but shopkeeper is not replacing or servicing. He was misbehaved with me from this card servicing. Sir, i am sending details shopkeeper and my also so please help me.
