Respected Sir, I am the regular user of your videocon washing machine from last 15 years. Before 1.5 yrs. I purchased one washing machine from SARGAM ELECTRONICS, BAGA TALAO, MAIN ROAD, SURAT-395003.In this 1.5 yrs there were so many problem from beginning in wash-tub, in spinner & in improper drainage of water. One or two times we send it at your registered service center at Surat for 8 to 10 days.

We got only temporary satisfaction. At present there again problem in spinner's motor side. It means i didn't get wright quality. We are totally disappointed from this matter. So kindally solve it properly or give us replacement as early as possible. Machine bill details are as per given below.
