Dear Sir / Madam:

let me introduce myself. I am very unhappy customer of "Vijay Sales" and "Haier Company freeze".

My journey towards harrassment and suffering began when in bought "Haier" Company freeze from "Vijay Sales". In my thinking, both brands are unreputed and non customer friendly.

When i brought freeze, on very same day, i have to replace it because of demage. Then since last one year and four month, the freeze did not have enough cooling capacity to make ice cream solid.

I am a businessman and very busy person. So I complained to the management of "Vijay Sales" and they also did not accessed the problem we are facing and every time, i call them for problem, they just pass on to "Haier company". There was no any service called taking customer feedback about the product and why customer is facing somany problems within a year.

No I am fade up with the "Haier" freeze and I want whole freeze to be returned to "Vijay sale" or "Haier" company. I did not want my money back.

If you are not taking the freeze away from my home, I will place your freeze on road. I don't want.
