TV in n't working in Good

Dear Sir,

I purchased a tv model no. LG CTV21SA1RG against Bill no. Main-10288 dt. 20.09.2009 through Credit Card from M/s Gupta Electronics, Add: B-1/35-36, Sector-17, Rohini, New Delhi-110085.

I am facing (BRG-Problems) a lot of problems in the T.V. last 15 - 20days. Before 15 day I complained in LG service Centre, Complained No. : C107-2905543 on 29.07.2010 which was closed by LG Service Centre without visiting in my house & look the problems. After that I did against a complained no. C-107-3027353 dt. 30.07.2010 this also closed. & after that I complained no. C-108-0603182 on dt. 06.08.2010. Today I complained against before submit this complaint no. 1081110992 dt. 11.08.2010. But till date I didn’t get any service or replacement.

I request to you, Please Change my TV, because It’s not good working
