Videocon refregrator model number 16 1pp changing of cooling door and frame i have complain so many times with west bengal customercare on mobile and visit also a registred authroised dealer who was in kharagpur in malancha i have oderd on 29/04/10 in that time i have never recived items kindly do something in urgency.
