Front loading washing machine
Not attended complaint for three months

Dear sir madam

I had made a complaint to samsung india regarding our front loading washing machine, the complaint No. 8406961817 in may on this telephone NO. 9910269472. Th machine had been bought in Feb. 2008 since then we have had a very bad experience as every second month the machine would need repaire. when ever we call the customer care people they never turn up or take a few weeks to get it repaired. The bill no. T12/3981 product code 205000001851105 model no. WF-R1061EW/XTL.
