I purchased AquaSure Storage UV on 10 the October and the very next day I called their customer care for installation, they took all the information and informed that their service engineer will visit my place with 48 hours. I waited for three days but no one turned, then again I called their customer care and informed that nobody has come for installation, again their promised me that their service engineer will definitely come for an installation. Nobody has come till date. THEY JUST WANT THE CONSUMER TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CONSUMER. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS B'COZ THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS... I LEARNED MY LESSON..
