My name is avinash joshi and I have booked a request to change my plan postpaid to prepaid on 31/07/10 and my complain no.is 133391482 so reference this complain my mobile is suspended at 4/08/10 so immidetely I have fuully setelement my all dues of rupes 491.but at present my mobile is not convert according to plan of prepaid.i have many of call reliance webworld representative and customer care representative but ihave not satisfied and to how much time to continue my mobile.
