No supporting action from rep

Dear all..I have bought one LG LCD 32 inch. from Lulu Centre, ajman, Dubai and brought for my parents back in india.

After 6 months it has got some problem and my father had contacted the local representative at cochin, kerala, but they have neglected our request.

This has been old for almost month and I hope you will do the needful to rectify the issue and resolve it..
