Attery given for change not given at fixed date

We have given the battery for change on 19 th october and it was said that a new battery will be provided to you after 12 days. on 31 st october. When i visited toady on 3 rd november for delivery of battery and my battery was not provided.and further said to come after one day. And when we try to call them no body was picking up the phone from morning 10 am to evening 6 pm at no.{01143019911}.my name is sandeep nanda and contact no is {9811485686}.
