Recurrent problema, shoddy service

I bought a RO system from Eureka Forbes 2 years back. Almost monthly it is getting into problems. They give a new reason every time. They forced me to accept an AMC, but never bother to turn up for service. Whenever a problem arises, they quote exclusion clauses everytime and charge. Regarding their service, it is awful to say the least.
