FAKE COMMITEMENT FOR DEVICE SUPPLY

I had purchased a IDEA 3G smart phone from idea retailers for Rs 7999.00. There was a plan that along with mobile handset i will get an idea 3G netsetter compatibile to all networks. I had purchased the mobile on 19 MAY and till 11 JUNE they responded to my request for providing the netsetter and neither they had provided me any originall bill for the same purchase. I am using the mobile from very first day but still there is lots of problem in the mobile and networks.
