Dear Sirs,

I am having your washing machine model LG TROMM and model 10180.Front Loading. I had purchased above machine in the year May and warranty was for 2 years and after that I had taken AMC from you for 2 years. the warranty expired in May and after calling several times for renewing the contract no body has come. And in sept I had a problem in machine and I complaint to your company and your man Mr. Ganesh came on 5th Oct and changed the Gasketand I had paid Rs. 643/- andRs. 331/-under your Invoice No. HMUM1/A/7390 and 7391 dated 5/10/09. After repairing the machine I went to Bangalore for 15 days and when I returned and started the Machine there was very big noise in machine and some part is also broken then I made complaint again and your same Mr. Ganesh Came and he assured that he will send another person who will repair the machine but nobody has come to see my machine. Actually I wanted to do contract in the month may but because your man has not come I could not do the contract. I had not expected this type of services from you.

Now I request you to look into the matter and send your representatative immediately.
