Poor Service

You have to have tons of patience before you call 020 3988 3333 (Pune Eureka Forbes helpline). Their useless customer service representatives (Shayak, Ankit, and Rakhi) are simply going to be nice and NEVER yield any positive result for any of your service requests - I needed to get my Aquasure Platinum re-installed since I had transferred from Bangalore to Pune, but 4 days have passed by and nothing has happened inspite of repeated calls.
