IDEAL STORES - The Worst Store in Coimbatore.,

I purchased a Philips Mixer Grinder from Ideal Stores Coimbatore around 3 Yrs back, Now 15 days back (i.e) on 15th March, when there was a problem in the mixer grinder i just handed over the unit to the service centre in Ideal Stores, & they promised to get the job done in two days., after a couple of days, on 18th March i approached them for the status, they said since PHILIPS Technician is not in station it will take another 2-3 days for the job done., I have also intimated them that i have 2 Kids in my home & requested them for the job to be carried out ASAP, But after 3 days i again went there to enquire the same, they reported the same story that PHILIPS Technician is not visiting their store for past one week & along with that they came up with an another story that the PCB is not working & they have to change it & right now they are running out of stock & it will take another 2- 3 days & they intimated the charges will be around 1, 000/- Rupees., Than i again requested them & came off., To the extreme when i went to their store after 15 days, on 31st March they again conveyed me the same story with other attachments which came out of their mouth, than i came up & got the PHILIPS Service centre Number from the Internet & i called them up, they told me to bring up the Unit to them & they promised JOB will be done in 24 Hours., when i went up to Ideal Stores to collect the unit, it was in an condition of half opened & nuts & Bolts missing.,

Than i handed over the unit to Philips Service Centre for the Complaint & they carried out the work, finished it off & handed over the unit by evening with a charge of Rs.165/-

Just check out the difference between Rs.1, 000 & Rs.165/- & the Service timing of 15 DAYS - NO WORK DONE & 8 Hours - WORK FINISHED.,

My Experience with IDEAL STORES is the worstest ever.,

Dear Coimbatore People Don't ever go to IDEAL STORES for Service, do have a check up with the authorised service centre for the products you have purchased & you will get your work done at the earliest & also you wont burn your pocket.
