Fake activation of fimy pack

I am a custmer of Idea mobile since 5 years. I use prepaid card of minimum amount of Rs 222/- being full talk time. But since last four months I get message from Ideacl thanking me for renewing a filmy pack for every week. Two/three times I gave message to them for unsubsribe filmy pack For that I have to waste Rs 3/- every week due to which I loose Rs 12/- otherwise Rs 40 /- out of Rs 222/- Many times I personally told the fact at Idea gallary but in-vain. I am 59 yers old lady & I use the mobile only for phone purchase. Please look into & stop this activation when I am not at all interested
