COMPLAINT REGARDING CHARGING / VOICE PROBLEM

I have purchased a phone of Micromax company model no. Q3 from Universal Cellular Phone via Cash memo no. 2607 based at Faridabad. I am facing a lot of problems by using this phone. After purchasing within 1 months i faced a problem of 'phone not charging'. I contact to nearest service Center named 'Shiv Telecom' at Old Faridabad. They rectified the problem. After 2 days i faced the same problem. They said the connection was loose. They returned it back. After 15 days i faced that the handsfree option is on without attaching hands free, so i was not able to talk form this phone. Since 15 days i am facing the same problem. I visited service center 2-3 times to rectify this problem. When today on 23-11-09 i visited the service center, they said the mike has broken and you will be charged rs. 112.00 for this. With in 3 months i have faced a lot of problem, whenever i goes to service center, i have to take leave for the half day. It is so hactic for me. Please do the needful.
