RELIANCE PREPAID GSM
UNNECCASARY DEDUCTIONS

Sir,

I have purchased a Reliance Prepaid GSM connection just one month back. my mobile no is 9528974824.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have received a messege from Reliance on 23/11 that my voice chat service has been activated and there was a deduction of Rs 30 from my account whereas i have never applied for any kind of service. I am a regular user of mobile phone for the last 10 years. I have tried many times the coustomer care number but that is also not responding. This is really painfull that a company like Reliance is doing this kind of activity and harrasing the Coustomers.

Please look in to the matter.
