Activation and collection of money inspite of plan

I purchased IDEA net setter dated on 7/12 and recharged with rs 500 for unlimited gprs plan it was being told that it'll get activated within 24 hr..but till the time i'm posting this complain it has not being activated while using my account balance is getting deduced.when i'm calling to customer care there is no response.i'm fed up calling every where but no reply.my works are under pending.plz help me out for this.
