Pathetic Customer Service

I Bought IFB Microwave Oven from M/s Bansal Electronics Samana Distt. Patiala Punjab during the 2nd week of December and hardly used. Suddenly it was not working and I called service center many times and they said service personnel will come today but nobody has ever turned up and nobody care about the call.

The product is very much in warranty period. I even mail my complaint to the IFB customer care but got no response from there untill now.
