New machine found defective

Dear sir,

On 21st Oct I, Debjani Roy, phone no-9831268511 had brought a washing machine & a microwave oven-IFB30SC3.The washing machine had been installed but today Arun Dinda has cum to install the microwave oven & had found it defective.he had told us to replace it. So it will be kind of u to do it as soon as possible.after a long time he had cum to install it & found that the water is not getting heated. So if u dont take any step i have it complain to the higher authority of IFB
