Drum become black withj ifb exec utive while servicing

Sir i have done a complaint for ifb machine and executive has come and they suggested of doing itsurifing protection with their own surf but after some time the inside drum become black i have approched ifb so many times but none of them has been responding and once thier senior srikant has called and promised me to help but of no waste i have a job sheet of executive in which he has written drum will be change but later on they sya it will not be done so please look into the matter and help me for the same
