Complaint not attended dispite repeated complaints

My machine is under AMC SINCE 26/08. This machine is not working since 15/02. I have lodged several Complaints at local service centre phone no.0562-3267520 and at your customer care 0562-39004321 but machine has not been repaired till today i.e. 29/02. I get only assurances.

Can any one help me
