IFB
Technician not attending

I have purchaed a IFB Washing machine and has also taken AMC. The said washing machine is not working and I have posted a complaint at Aluva Service centre. Even though for the last one week I am calling over phone everyday at the service centre they are not sending any technician for resolving the issue. Today morning at 10 am again I called the service centre to find out that the technician has not arrived and that they will call me when the technician arrives at their office. This is clear deficiency of service on the part of the IFB . Pls find a solution to my complaint.
