Sir/madam, i have purchased a microwave oven 25sc2 from ifb appliances, when i opened the product it does'nt have a the starter kit and cooking books and all in it... as it create a problem..various time i have talk to the customer care but all the time they make the fake story and promise to provide all the thing... so its my apeall to you hat you should take some action...
