I have the IFB Top loading Washing M/c with model no

AW0-806. It has been inoperational since 3 months now.

Repeated compaints to Cust service Centre in Mumbai (02225255281) haven't helped. I don't know why you guys have outsourced to such incompetent ppl (i ma not sure of the name is Global)...

There a lady who picks up call (don't kow her name) who's absolutely worthless .. asks to call after 5 mins / 10 mins / 30 mins and so on.

There's a guy named Manjunath who has been duping me since last 2 months. Have called his mob (9892792421) at least 30 times and he kept making false promises every other day that engineer will come.

Towards the later stage Manjunath stopped taking calls.

I then escalated things to their manager, Mr Kumar (9920414073) who turned out to be another duper no better than Manjunath. Promised a lot in terms of getting things done in a weel and a month has passed.

I further got the no of their boss Mr Shashank (9323042442) who turned out to be a diff level than his subordinates. he just doesnt pick up his calls - so oblivious of customer pains / issues.

I have complaiedn numerous times at your IFB toll free no 18604255678

Till date my machine is still lying unoperational.

The other part of the whole ordeal is I have done an extended warranty costing Rs 2382/-.

Amidst all this, there's a guy named Brijesh (09833758439) who's lent a helping ear and at least tried helping to his capacity.

My simple qn to you is this: what are these guys (Kumar, Manjunath, the lady, Shashank) getting oaid for? For duping customers who have paid AMCs and suffer because of the sheer callousness / incapability of the guys you have outsourced to?

Who's responsible for the amount of suffering that we as customer's have gone through?

I for sure am not recommending IFB to any of my near and dear ones.

I have already registered compaints on the consumer grievance forum .(was not surprised to see a great no complaints against IFB's customer care)

I will take this a step ahead now onto my social networking connections and spread the message of callousness on part of IFB support guys.

If any one of you from IFB is readin this, pls try to address - your customer support has sucked big time and the whole episode is just terrible .. ACT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE for you guys..
