I have raised a complaint on 1st of may stating that my IFB elena model washing machine is vibrating too much and producing huge noise. Today is, may 14, nearly 13 days over. Till now they are not able to resolve the issue and they are unable to tell me by which date they can fix the issue. I have taken an amc with ifb
