Sir, I have been a user of the IFB Bosch Washing Machines, which I have two and also a Microwave Oven. Almost 6 months ago I noticed a leakage in my washing machine, I immediately lodged a complaint with their service Centre. Since no one seemed to respond for a long period, I filed another complaint with their service Centre. This time a technician (FELIX - phone No. 09764153403) came, opened the machine and checked what the matter was, asked me if I had a Service Contract, and since I was not too sure, he said that he would confirm with the technician who had earlier serviced my Washing Machines, and tend to the problem immediately. There was no sign of this Technician for 3 months and I kept calling this Technician on his Cell phone which he refused to answer. Finally fed up, and totally disgusted with the matter, I called the person in charge of Goa IFB BOSCH Washing Machines Servicing etc- Mr Shailesh (phone no.9326128479), I explained the problem and he said he would send along a technician immediately. A technician came the next day, opened the machine and checked what the matter was and said that he would order the required damaged part and attend to the machine as soon as the spare part was available. It's been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting the repairs to my washing machine. My last Complaint No. was 7070411 and Permanent Personal Code I.D. is 1582343.
