Service engineer not attending

The drum of the machine is not rotating &Drier not working. Complaint lodged on 11th dec'2009 has not been attended till today inspite of number of telephone calls made to the co. as well as their service agency. Such a pathetic condition of the company whose associated people do not understand that a utility item like washing machine is needed every day by a house hold & cannot wait for such a long time.
