Not attending to the Complaint

I am a resident of chennai and I bought a new IFB washing machine. The demo for the washing machine was not done even after a week of purchase. After a week when the demo was done it was reported that some parts of the machine was damaged and will be replaced soon. It had been a month since demo still my machine is not serviced. This is the worst service i had ever seen.
