Report on the Service People Cheaters

Dear Sir/Madam,

Unsatisfactory customer with service the centre of your IFB company. My customer ID NO. 2218658, complaint no. 4143913. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I had given complaint of my washing machine was in problem many times he came with the damaged drum, difference size of the drum & not a good blades inside the drum, so it took a month to repalce the drum finally along with that even i had orderd for the stand to get it. I paid the money of Rs. 1000/- (One thosand only) to the boy Mr. Altaf who is technician he took the money he didn't acknowledge for the same. He said that he will get the stand very next day, i waited from next I kept on calling his no. 9379447844 he is not responding to the call nor the the service Centre Contact No. 080-26574746/32942055, the head of the service centre Mr. Anjan, who is not taking responsible for this matter. There are lot of things to be complaint also

So I kindly request you to look into this matter & reply me on my Mob No. 9481029824/9481804609. at the earliest.
