MISBEHAVIOUR BY DEMO PERSON

We have bought a new I F B washing machine from GIRIAS in Annanagar, Chennai The mechanic, PONMUDI who came for demonstration started misbehaving with us, and he boosted himself as though he was an Atomic reactor engineer and left without demo.we immediately called GIRIAS and reqested them to take back the IFB WASINGMACHINE fearing POOR after sales service. If the IFB is having any concern for it's bussiness/customers it should take action against such employees.ofcourse the complaints counter of IFB goes to prove that it is not interested in customer care.
