Product not working properly

I sent three online complaints to Customer Care of IFB in last 15 days. However till date the company has not responded. My washing machine is under AMC, even then there is no response from the local authorised centre of Customer care. If the the company does not reply in next fortnight i'm going to take them to the Court for sure. Their representatives can make calls to consumers even on Sundays when they want to sell their products, however, they never attend to complaints. Its Sic! They certainly deserve a kick in their pants!!
