Non compliance of AMC sevices-Spares

I have given Annual Maint Contract to IFB for service and spare parts from 13th Nov. to 12th Nov. for my

Washing Machine (Front Load, IFB: MODEL-Sanetor 6 kg, Cust ID# 766187).

My machine is out of service and I have logged in complain to IFB for the same.

the details are as follow;

Comp # 4929350 Date: 12th of Aug

Customer Service contact No.: 39004321.

I am in continues follow up with Dharmendra Dodia: 9374504722.

But, so far my machine is out of service and nothing is moving positive. They only gives me dates and excuses for not doing it.

I request you to take this complain and do the needful to take the approprite actions.

We are suffering a lot because of this problem.
