My washing machine (Top loading) is under warranty. On 26th dec I ve lodged a complaint that my machine is giving uneven vibrations. On rigrious follow up service personnel attended the complaint. He infomed me that there is some problem with parts in gear box and it needs to be replaced. This was expected to take 2 days. After 9 days passed I ve started trying to catch the Customer care only to get false commitments. Their service providers M/s Offbeat doesnt bother to listen.
I am really disappointed with their improfessional approach.
