Lot of noise

My washing machine IFB was bought at dt/16/06 model Digital 5.5KG. From the first month it self the washing machine makes very sound& till now. So many times the company came but the problem was not solved. Recently I made a Complaint for 4times but there was no response till now. I feel too bad for buying this machine.
