Not honouring Annual Manitenence Contract

I have taken an AMC from M/s IFB for servicing of my clothes drier. The drier had developed fault and i logged a service call with M/s IFB. Their representative visited my house and found 2 faults - one of which was minor and he repaired it but the other involves replacement of a ball bearing (quoted cost is ~INR 500). This is covered under AMC. However the representative first demanded visit charges of Rs325 (which is not applicable for AMC customers). The call papers he was carrying did not have a mention of my AMC. On being shown the original AMC receipt in my possession, he ran away from the house and has not returned back to replace the ball bearing as it shud be free replacement under the AMC.
This is not the first time i am having issues with bad service from M/s IFB. I have an AMC for my microwave oven as well. And had to face huge problems in getting the same rectified that involved several phone calls and heated arguments.
current status is that my drier call is still open and no news from M/s IFB on replacement of ball bearing
